Shannon Cain is our Office Manager and handles appointment scheduling, patient information processing, eyeglass and contact lens ordering.  She also enjoys helping patients select eyewear.  She has a teenage son and daughter, Ross and Tiffany. Kim is married to Ross Sr. a retired career Marine.
