staff…
Mary Wood
is our much loved and very much appreciated most senior staff member. In addition to her vast experience
with the front desk, she is also our billing and insurance specialist. Mary is the one we all turn to for
expertise in staying on top of the ever evolving insurance coverage of our
patients. Mary lives in Auburn with her
husband Jack and her favorite cousin, DaDa who is
known for her excellent eggplant parmesan. Mary is an active member of her
church, has two grown children and three granddaughters, Katelyn, Megan, and Courtney whom she adores.
Shannon Cain joined our practice in 2007 and is
our expert resident Optometric technician and fashion eyewear
specialist. Her bright, cheery
personality puts everyone at ease.
She goes above and beyond meeting the needs of each patient helping
them select the perfect frames and prescription lenses to satisfy their
lifestyle needs and fashion sense.
She works diligently to make sure every patient’s eyewear or
contact lens order meets our highest quality standards. Shannon lives in Worcester. She loves the summer sun, the beach,
spending time at the Cape and getting
together with friends.
Linette Dolan is the newest member to join
our team, handling the front desk, phone calls, checking in patients,
setting appointments and providing general support to our staff. She is the proud mother to four
adult children - three daughters and one son. Linette
currently resides in Spencer with best friend Rusty Powell, along with a
nine year old Hungarian Pointer named Zachary, and twin felines,
Marshmallow and Moxie. She is an avid walker, poet, chromatic
harp player and loves sunshine, gardening, and sharing special times with
family and friends.
